AVM Productions, the legendary banner that has produced memorable films in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, is entering the online business in a big way.
Their first internet film, titled 'Idhuvum Kadandhu Pogum', was unveiled recently at a media gathering. The 55 minute film, directed by Anil Krishnan and Srihari Prabhakaran, features actor Sivaji Dev, Ravi Raghavendhar and Shilpa Bhat in key roles. The movie has been produced by AVM's fourth generation, led by twin sisters Aparna and Aruna Guhan.
Speaking on the occasion, Aparna said, “The movie has a mature content and imparts a great message. With the internet rapidly becoming an important medium for television and films, AVM is now making content to cater to audiences worldwide via the Internet."
