Set to debut as leading lady in 'Love You Bangaram', actress Shravya is no stranger in Tollywood. A familiar face in the industry, she has featured as a child artiste in movies like 'Arya', 'Sandhade Sandhadi', and 'Aunananana Kadhannanaa'. “I did those films when I was in Class IV,” says the student of VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology in Hyderabad.
On her role in 'Love You Bangaram', Shravya says, “I play the character of Meenakshi who is the perfect housewife. She is bold and confident.” Talking about her co-star Rahul, she shares, “Rahul has been very supportive throughout. He is also very dedicated to his work and I have learned a lot from him.”
“Maruthi sir has been experimenting with many genres. He has made different movies like 'Bus Stop', 'Prema Katha Chitram' and many others. Each of his movies is unique and he has a style of his own. Working with him was a learning experience,” she says about the co-producer Maruthi.
With the movie slated to hit the screens this Friday, January 24, Shravya candidly admits, “I am excited and tensed at the same time. I don’t know whether the audience will accept me or not. My fingers are crossed.”
Even before the release of her debut movie, Shravya has already signed another film titled ‘Kai Raja Kai.
