One of the most-awaited movies of 2014 is the Akkineni family-starrer Manam. The movie has completed shooting and is awaiting release. The latest rumour doing the rounds is that Akhil will also be making his debut with this film.
On the other hand, Nagarjuna rubbished rumours stating that Akhil will be making his debut this year but not with Manam. But if industry sources are to be believed then Akhil might actually be doing a cameo in a song towards the end of the movie.
Vikram Kumar, the director of Manam, reportedly suggested the idea and Nagarjuna is said to have agreed. Another rumour is that Akhil will make his entry during the climax of the film.
If any of this is true, Manam will indeed be a multi-starrer family film starring the late Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya and Akhil. What a treat for Akkineni fans!
The movie is produced by Nagarjuna and late Akkineni Nageswara Rao under the banner of Annapurna Studios. The film also stars Samanta and Shriya Saran.
