The shooting of 'En Vazhi Thani Vazhi' is almost over
Chennai: Poonam Kaur, who was last seen in 6 Candles, is on cloud nine as the shooting of her next film, En Vazhi Thani Vazhi, is almost over. The film stars R.K in the lead.
It also has Meenakshi Dixit of Thenaliraman fame playing an important role. Poonam says, “I play a traditional, bubbly girl in the film. My part in the film is very colourful. We have even shot a song in Jordan which was choreographed by Brinda Master. I got tanned after the entire song was shot as it was so hot.”
V. Prabhakar, the writer of the film, says, “It’s a thrilling cop story, which has an emotional element in it, a mother-son angle, which is not explored here much.” Poonam Kaur is also doing a film with Ganesh Venkatraman, titled Aacharam, in which she plays a role with different shades to it. “I play a very interesting role in the film. It’s a traditional girl who wants to look modern.”
She is also awaiting the release of two films, Ranam and Vatham.
