Mumbai: Shah Rukh's association with the Johar's go back a long way with the actor having done numerous films with the late Mr. Yash Johar. Today, as Karan Johar feels the absence of his father, he considers Shah Rukh as a member of the family. They both have worked on movies like 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai', 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham', 'Kal Ho Na Ho', 'Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna' and 'My Name is Khan'. These movies have had an impact on a generation for whom it has been a window to a new world of Bollywood cinema.
The producer director has many friends in the industry but there is something special he shares with Shah Rukh. Dharma Productions has made a video montage compiling candid pictures of Shah Rukh and Karan and has called it, ' Down Memory Lane with Karan Johar'.
