The driver of the Indica, identified as Gurvinder Singh, was arrested but later released on bail. Mr Munde’s car was hit by the Indica, that allegedly jumped the traffic signal at the junction of Prithviraj Road, Tughlak Road and Safdarjung Marg at around 6.20 am.
