Mumbai: Preity Zinta, who has left the country after filing a complaint last week against ex-boyfriend Ness Wadia for molestation is currently in LA. The actress, who is closely following the case from America, is currently in a relationship. Preity has been dating someone in LA for a while now.

A source close to the actress reveals, “ Preity has a house in LA and for the past several years she has spent most of her time there. She only comes to India for work or during IPL matches. She prefers it that way and she is very happy about it. She has been friends with this guy for a long time now and she gets along well with him.”
The source further adds, “It’s only been around eight months now. She is someone who will not go around telling everyone about it. She is a private person and this guy is no where connected to films.”

In Mumbai, cops have recorded statements of two eyewitnesses who were at Garware pavilion. They also wanted to record the statement of Preity Zinta but she had left for LA. Her lawyer Hitesh Jain maintains that she is coming back to Mumbai next month.
