Mumbai: A mother of one who claims to be a big Amitabh Bachchan fan threatened to take her life, if the star didn’t allow her and her daughter to move into his home Jalsa, as reported by the Times of India.
According to the report Bachchan’s security manager called the Juhu Police station officials to lodge a complain about the woman and her daughter loitering outside Jalsa for almost a week.
The woman who hails from Delhi, apparently left her home to come to Mumbai with a dream of living at the Star’s home. She however made herself comfortable on the footpath outside his home. After numerous attempts to hunt her away, she kept returning.
The woman aged 39 and her daughter aged 16 admitted to stalking the actor’s home, during an interrogation.
On being told to return home, she threatened to commit suicide if the star did not let her stay at his home or hire her as domestic help (So that she could live with the star in his home).
According to the report, the police told her to write a letter to Amitabh, saying they would have it delivered to him, in order to pacify her. She then left Juhu and is currently staying at a women’s hostel in Dadar.
