Get aside Moto G, Moto G2 with an 8MP camera is here!
Mumbai: Motorola has launched the successor of Moto G-'Moto G2' (also known as 'The New Moto G'). The dual-SIM smartphone will be available in 8GB and 16GB variants. Reports state that the Moto G2 16GB handset will be priced at Rs 12,999.
The Moto G2 features a 5-inch HD (720x1280 pixel) display. The handset is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor with 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.4.4 operating system. Moto G2 sports an 8MP rear shooter with LED flash, whereas the Moto G is packed with an 5MP rear camera.

The G2 features a 2MP front camera, and the older version of Moto G comes with a 1.3MP front facing camera.
"Partnering with Flipkart, we had launched Moto G a few months ago, followed by Moto X and Moto E, all of which have received tremendous response in India. Now, we are bringing in a new generation with better features and at an attractive price," said Motorola Mobility India General Manager Amit Boni.
The handset weighs around 149 grams and is fuelled with 2070mAh battery. On its connectivity front, Moto G2 supports 3G, Wi-Fi 80211.ac, Bluetooth 4.0LE and micro-USB.
