Chennai: The time is ripe for novel film promotion ideas. We have seen gaming apps being launched for film promotion and now there will be street plays. The makers of Kaaviya Thalaivan will use street plays to promote the film which is based on the story of a drama artiste who lived in 1930s.
As a part of its promotion, the lead actors in the film, Siddharth and Vedhika, will be performing street shows in a few cities. Confirming the news, Vedhika said, “Yes we are planning to do street shows. But I am not sure about the exact details.”
Sources say that the lead actors will perform the shows, in Trichy, Coimbatore, and Madurai, and that rehearsals had already started. The movie is set for release on November 14.
