Watch: Varun Dhawan breaks his 'chocolate-boy' image in new 'Badlapur' motion poster
Mumbai: Varun Dhawan wowed audience with his sweet lover-boy roles in films like 'Student of the Year', 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya' and 'Main Tera Hero' but brace yourself to watch a different avatar of the actor. In his next, Sriram Raghavan's 'Badlapur', he will be playing a darker role. He will ditch his clean-shaven look for an edgy makeover.
Divya Dutta is one of the three women in the protagonist's life. The film features Yami Gautam and Huma Qureshi playing the other ladies in the thriller alongwith Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
The cast is now counting down to the launch of the film's first look teaser, which will be unveiled on December 2.
Karan Johar took Twitter a couple of days ago to put forth the first look from the film. He posted-
