Would you knowingly abuse the national flag?
Mumbai: Today marks the 66th Republic Day of India. Like every other year thousands of patriotic Indians will wear the tricolour proudly and wave paper and plastic flags, but the very next day those same flags will be found strewn on the floor.
By allowing this to happen, we are unknowingly disrespecting the national flag. But can we abuse our flag knowingly? A YouTube channel, Yathartha Pictures decided to conduct a social experiment on the streets of Mumbai, and asked random people to tear up the national flag. They were allotted 10 seconds and offered Rs 1,000 for the act.
