WC 2015 IND vs PAK: Television in a marriage ceremony, tweets Brett Lee
Mumbai: The ICC Cricket World Cup is a reflection of brotherhood. Countries, fans unite cheering for their respective teams during the same time in different parts of the world. But India has been a step ahead when it came to fandom. A wedding ceremony in Bangalore unfolded a never-seen chapter when India beat Pakistan in Adelaide on Sunday. A television was spotted in the middle of rigid customs for the guests.
And guess who tweeted about it? Well, he is none other than former Australian cricketer Brett Lee.
“@harryjohal1982: @BrettLee_58 wedding reception in Banglore #INDvPAK pic.twitter.com/0JqyYZd6IK” ha ha brilliant !!!

Known for his connections with India, the legendary fast bowler posted a photo of the reception from his Twitter handle.
He even tagged an individual named Harry Johal, most probably his Indian friend from Melbourne.
Though it is unknown how Lee took the photograph for he has been travelling in and around Australia for the ICC Cricket World Cup and has not been in India. But television turned out to be the protagonist of the India-Pakistan script. While fans in Pakistan smashed it after the loss, the ones in India embraced it among their guests in a wedding.
