Mumbai: India was left emotionally bruised on Thursday when Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led Team India sadly ended their World Cup campaign after losing to co-hosts Australia by 95 runs in the semifinal.
India’s winning streak at the main event saw mixed emotions sweep across the country. But here comes a very prominent Indian personality from the film fraternity who claims to be happy about Team India’s defeat at the World Cup.

Bollywood filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, one who’s known for his controversial tweets expressed his ‘happiness’ after India’s loss and his hatred for cricket also went to the extent of saying that Indians suffer from a disease called 'cricketitis'. He even took a dig at Virat Kohli as he said, "I personally like Anushka Sharma's performance much much More than the performance of whoever and whatever her boyfriend is?”
