Guarding hotels: Ashim Gulati to play the security in-charge of Gulmohar Grand

Star Plus’s Gulmohar Grand, which will be launched soon, will give an insight into the world of a five-star hotel. The production house felt that since the show is based on the lives of people working in a hotel, it would be better to shoot in a hotel to get an authentic feel. Ashim Gulati, a Delhi boy, actually checked into the same hotel, where the shoot is taking place, to save up on time.

He plays the security in-charge of Gulmohar Grand. He confirmed, “It was getting difficult travelling to and from Delhi, so I thought it’s best to move into the hotel till the shoot gets over. The hotel staff now know what I like to eat and have become very friendly with me.”
