Watch: Chilling videos of mountaineers caught in Everest avalanches
Trekkers and Mountaineers from the Everest base camp have shared chilling videos of being hit by monstrous avalanches, which were caused due the 7.9 magnitude earthquake in Nepal. The earthquake has been coined as the wost to hit Nepal in 80 years.

Dramatic footage showing the avalanche was posted on YouTube, a day after the magnitude 7.9 quake hit Nepal, killing more than 3,200 people across the country.
At least 5,000 people have been injured and potentially millions displaced.

Twenty-two of the most seriously injured climbers were ferried by helicopters on Saturday, including from the Indian Air Force, to Pheriche village, the nearest medical facility, though bad weather is hampering rescue and relief operations.
They mountaineers appeared relaxed as the ground started shaking, but the mood swiftly turned to panic as they realised a wall of snow, rock and ice was headed straight towards them.
After the avalanche hit, the dazed and confused climbers emerged and began to look for other survivors in flattened tents amid chaos.
