Karthi and Tamannaah off to Dubai to shoot Vamsi Paidipally's untitled film

It has been reported earlier that Karthi and Nagarjuna have joined hands for a bilingual Tamil-Telugu film which is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally. After Shruti Haasan backed out of the project, the filmmakers have brought Tamannaah on board. Karthi and Tammu are considered a hit pair, because their earlier films Paiyaa and Siruthai were money spinners.

After completing a part of the filming schedule in Chennai and Hyderabad, most of the untitled movie will be shot in Dubai, because the story demands such a locale. A palatial house has been hired for the purpose of filming, a source told us.

Said to be inspired by the French film The Intouchables, it is touted to be a feel good bromance. Veteran actress Jayasudha has also been roped in for a key character.
