No WAGs on Sri Lanka tour, BCCI tells Team India: report
Mumbai: The Indian cricket board has reportedly told its players not to take along their wives or girlfriends on the tour of Sri Lanka.

According to a report in 'The Indian Express', the Board of Control for Cricket in India has decided to stick to its earlier policy and asked Team India cricketers not to have their partners on board with them.

The BCCI felt that majority of the Indian cricketers, who are a part of the team for Sri Lanka tour, have enjoyed a long break and spent sufficient amount of time with their families.

The report quoted a BCCI official saying, “Most of the players on tour are just coming off a month-long break where they had enough time to spend with their families. And we’ve decided that their wives will not be allowed on tour.”
