Actress Dhanshika has been in the news for a while owing to the character she plays in Rajinikanth’s Kabali. The film directed by Pa Ranjith has the Aravaan actress playing Rajini’s daughter in the movie, and essays a drug addict in it.
A leaked still from the movie, which has the actress and Rajini coming out of an airport, went viral few days ago. Meanwhile, Kaathadi, another film of hers, which has been in the production for some time is in the post-production stage. Directed by Kalyan, a source says that the dusky actress is playing a cop in it.
The source also adds that Dhanshika who will be sporting khaki has pulled off few action sequences for the first time in her career. Interestingly, the actress is a trained martial artiste in real life! It has to be noted that it was during the shooting of Kaathadi that few miscreants tried to attack the actress and she managed to escape unhurt, thanks to her expertise in martial arts and help from people in the surroundings. Apart from both the films, the actress is also awaiting the release of Kitnaa, which has her essaying a unique character.
