Paris attackers 'wanted to enter' France's national stadium: minister
Around 80,000 spectators were watching the match, including President Francois Hollande
Paris: Three suicide bombers who blew themselves up outside France's national stadium where Germany was playing France in a football friendly had wanted to enter the venue, French Sports Minister Thierry Braillard said on Monday.
"They wanted to get inside the premises but were unable to," Braillard said on French television.
Around 80,000 spectators were watching the match, including President Francois Hollande.
