Anurag Kashyap wraps up 'Raman Raghav 2.0'
The film revolves around the serial killer of the '60s
Mumbai: Anurag Kashyap has wrapped up shooting for his next film 'Raman Raghav 2.0' starring Nawazuddin Siddhiqui. Recently, the actor hospitalised after being diagonsed with dengue. Being a thorough professional, he resumed shooting for the film as soon as he was discharged.
Anurag took to Instagram to post few pictures from the sets. He wrote, "Shoot over .. RR 2.0 . Drinking at 6:56 am ... Intense , fun shoot"
Nawazuddin will be essaying the role of Raman Raghav (aka 'Psycho Raman'), the deranged, real-life serial killer of the '60s. Raghav, who committed two known series of murders in 1966 and 1968, is said to have been one of the most notorious serial killers in India. Eventually, he was nabbed and sentenced to life imprisonment, on grounds of his supposedly incurable mental illness. He lived out the rest of his days in Yerwada Central Jail, Pune, before dying of kidney failure in 1995.
