Finally Nehra! Nehra finally managed to claim a wicket. Full and straight, Richardson had to go after it and he completely missed it, departing for just 9 runs.

Another one for Pandya! Pandya seems to be rectifying his earlier mistakes, picking up another one. Wade had to go for it but managed to find Jadeja at deep mid-wicket. The Aussie wicketkeeper departed after scoring 5 runs.

16th over, Australia 129-6 (Wade 5, Faulkner 2)

Steady Ashwin! Ashwin is not giving away anything, bowling tight lines giving away just 5 runs in the over.

15th over, Australia 124-6 (Wade 2)

It's a first for Pandya! Although going for a lot of runs, Hardik Pandya picked up his first T20 international wicket. Lynn smashed that one through cover, but it went straight into the hands of Yuvraj, who picked up a blinder. Lynn departed for 17 runs.

14th over, Australia 112-5 (Lynn 8, Wade 1)

Two for Ashwin! Ashwin has picked another vital wicket of Shane Watson (12). India on top and looking confident.

11th over, Australia 93-4 (Lynn 2)

Jadeja does it again! Ravindra Jadeja is proving his worth in the side sending back Travis Head for just 2. India have Australia exactly where they want them.

10th over, Australia 91-3 (Head 1, Lynn 1)

Ashwin rattles Australia! Ashwin is all pumped up after the wicket has started turning at the Adelaide Oval. When it does Ashwin strikes. Finch couldn't handle the turn and was trapped leg before returning back after scoring 44 runs.

Hardik gets hammered! Debutant Hardik Pandya was in all sorts of trouble and didn't look settled at all starting off his first T20 over in his career with 3 wides. Facing Smith was not easy for the young lad, and matters turned bitter after Smith smashed him for a boundary and a maximum in the same over.

7th over, Australia 63-1 (Finch 31, Smith 13)

Jadeja on target! Ravindra Jadeja has kept his fine bowling form giving away just 7 runs, which in T20 context won't be of much concern to skipper MS Dhoni.

6th over, Australia 56-1 (Finch 28, Smith 9)

BOOM Bumrah! Bumrah got the important breakthrough of danger man David Warner (17). Steve Smith, the new man in didn't waste any time scoring back-to-back boundaries off Bumrah.

5th over, Australia 47-0 (Finch 28, Warner 17)

It's not working Nehra! It looks like experience is not working for Nehra. Both the Aussie openers are going after him targetting the shorter boundary.

4th over, Australia 37-0 (Finch 23, Warner 12)

Bumrah blossoms! Jasprit Bumrah has bowled a superb over giving just 3 runs. Aussies still got to learn to master him.

3rd over, Australia 34-0 (Finch 21, Warner 11)

Warner follows in Finch's footsteps! It took David Warner an over to settle and the Aussie southpaw has smashed experienced Nehra across the short square boundary.

Finch accelerates! Ravichandran Ashwin brought into the attack didn't change anything as skipper Finch has shifted gears quickly smashing a four and a six.

First over, Australia 5-0 (Finch 4, Warner 0)

Experience matters! Back into the scheme of things, Ashish Nehra was welcomed with a boundary by Aaron Finch, but Nehra was just warming up as the subsequent balls were bang on target, mixing it up really well.
