What did Virat Kohli say to Steve Smith during Adelaide T20?
Adelaide: Star India batsman Virat Kohli is known for his belligerence. The angry young man of Indian cricket doesn’t mince his words and his on-field banter with James Faulkner during the ongoing series turned heads. On Tuesday, his knock (90* off 55 balls) guided India to a comfortable 37-run win against Australia in the first T20 here.
But one incident remained unnoticed – Kohli’s gesture to Australian batsman Steve Smith (21) after his departure.
What was he saying?

Smith looked in good touch before Ravindra Jadeja stole an edge off him at extra cover. Kohli took the catch and retorted to Smith.
His gesture meant that Smith had been too chatty with him on the field though the actual reason for his behaviour is still unclear.
But there could be a possible heated exchange between the two which the stump microphone did not catch.
According to the visuals, Kohli also used a swear word in Hindi after he caught David Warner at mid-on.
But all is well that ends well.
