the tracking devices of the five performers were then pieced together to get Colossus up and kicking.
While the actors playing Colossus walked around with a body mapping leotard, Another performer with a much more chiseled jawline was called on for face mapping technology.
Colossus, the metallic X-Men character, was brought to life with the help of five actors. One of whom was a 6-foot-9-inch performer who walked around the sets with platform shoes.
Because Deadpool has high entertainment value, it is very easy to lose sight of the amazing work that went into making it all possible.
Believed to have a budget quarter of any other Marvel movie, Deadpool made do with whatever they were given to come up with this unlikely blockbuster.
While most other marvel movies go to the extent of actually blowing up a few cars and building sets, this Deadpool reboot used only green screen technology and super VFX designing.
From flipping cars, to mid-air head shots and decapitating limbs, all happen to be the work of the visual effects team.
However, on looking at these pictures, it appears that most all those scenes were the work of the VFX team and not the read deal.
For those who have watched the film, it has only two action sequences with one fist fight in the middle.
The team working on the VFX of the film, have released a set of photos showing fans the work that went into making the superhero look 'cool'.
