Anushka Sharma could barely walk while shooting for Channa Mereya'
Mumbai: Anushka Sharma looks beautiful in the recent song ‘Channa Mereya’ from the film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, also featuring Ranbir Kapoor. While her beauty looks effortless in the song, shooting for it was not that easy for Anushka as the weight of her outfit along with the jewellery made it difficult for her to even walk.
In a video posted by Dharma Productions, Anushka talks about her experience on the song. She says, “I was wearing such heavy clothes that everyone felt sorry for me. 17 kgs was the lehenga and along with the jewellery I was carrying 20 kgs with me all the time. I just had to walk on my toes and my calves were getting worked out. It was very difficult and I was climbing these stairs again and again and it was so hot. I was looking like a beautiful bride but I was not feeling like one at all.”
Anushka’s efforts seem to have paid off, as fans have liked her look in the song which is climbing up the music charts.
