Mumbai: The recently released teaser of ‘Buddha In A Traffic Jam’ seems to be making a rather powerful impact on social networking sites. A recollection of a humiliating true incident by a young entrepreneur has further reflects and stirs the growing restlessness amongst the youth especially women. Mirroring the society and our times the film highlights some poignant issues and brings them in focus in a rather unabashed manner.
‘Buddha In A Traffic Jam’ premiered at the 2014 Mumbai International Film Festival in the India Gold category with a standing ovation and great reviews. The film was also bestowed awards and was the opening film in the 7th Global Film Festival besides participation in The Jaipur International Film Festival in February 2015.
'Buddha in a Traffic Jam' is directed by Vivek Agnihotri and stars Arunoday Singh, Mahi Gill, Pallavi Joshi and Arunoday Singh in the pivotal roles.
