Foreign media fails to recognise Novak's 'female companion' Deepika

Deepika Padukone, who often enthralls us with pictures from the sets of 'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage', created a stir after she was spotted coming out of 'The Nice Guy' in LA with tennis ace Novak Djokovic. The duo were clicked exiting the restaurant together and getting into the same car and driving off.

However, what's interesting is the fact that foreign media failed to identify her entirely. Deepika, who looked beautiful in a monochrome outfit, was referred to as Novakr's 'female companion' by British site Daily Mail. She was also described as a 'leggy brunette' and was praised for her stylish outfit.

They wrote, “The world number one tennis player appeared to have had a great night as he was pictured exiting the bar - popular among LA's A-lister set - in the dark hours of the evening with a female companion.”

Meanwhile, Novak sported slim-fitting jeans and a plain white T-shirt teamed up with a darker shade shirt. He flashed a smile before comfortably slipping into the back seat of a getaway car.

For those wondering how the two are associated, it can be recalled that Deepika played at an exhibition tennis doubles match with Novak, Roger Federer and Aamir Khan in 2014's International Premier Tennis League tournament.

Deepika was also spotted interacted with his wife Jelena during the Wimbledon finals in July 2015.
