Mumbai: Actor Saif Ali Khan is back from his paternity break and is keeping busy with ‘Rangoon’ promotions and the shoot of ‘Chef’. Buzz is that the actor is all set to star in a dark comedy where he will play the role of a terminal cancer patient who resolves to try out everything before dying that he has been maintaining safe distance from.
Directed by Akshat Verma of ‘Delhi Belly’ fame, the film is reportedly titled ‘Kaalakaandi’ and has three stories that unfold in one night. The movie will be shot extensively in South Mumbai.
The trailer of Saif’s to-release war drama ‘Rangoon’ has garnered him rave reviews. The film is slated to release on February 24.
