Oh the irony! This scene from TWMR is going viral amid Hrithik-Kangana controversy

Mumbai: The ongoing Hrithik Roshan-Kangana Ranaut controversy refuses to abate and social media users are busy having a little fun at their expense. Taking a dig at the ongoing controversy involving the superstars, a scene from Kangana's 2015 hit movie, 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' is going viral, and it is pretty ironic.

For the uninitiated, this war started when Kangana was asked about being ousted from 'Aashiqui 3'. She had said, “Yes, many lame rumours are doing the rounds, even a dumba** can tell where these rumours are coming from. I don’t know why exes do silly things to get your attention. For me that chapter is over and I don’t dig graves.”

Soon after this comment, Hrithik tweeted, “Ther r more chances of me having had an affair with d Pope dan any of d (Im sure wonderful) women d media hs ben naming. Thanks but no thanks.”

Kangana gave a fitting reply to this sarcastic tweet in a television interview, she said, “No. I am not hurt. I respect the other person's opinion also. It's very likely that a person can have a different perspective on the same situation or rather the past. But then, stick to your stand. Don't slyly pursue people and spy on them, and chase them. So, we sign and seal the deal and then move on."

Soon, Hrithik sent a legal notice to Kangana and demanded that she apologise in a press conference publicly and clear the air about their alleged affair which he firmly refutes. Kangana sent a counter-notice to the actor, alleging him of ‘slut-shaming’ by circulating private mails and photos.
