After Rangoon fiasco, Saif's Kala Kandi stuck due to his bad run at the Box Office?

Mumbai: Every actor goes through a rough phase in his career where nothing seems to be working in his favour and one such actor is Saif Ali Khan, who has apparently hit rock bottom in his professional life.

After ‘Rangoon’ debacle, Akshat Verma-directed ‘Kala Kandi’ is facing major post production issues that has unfortunately stemmed out of the fact that Saif has not rendered a blockbuster in the recent past. Distributors are hesitating to invest on his films now.

A source tells us that the chhote nawab’s bad run at the box office is the reason behind distributors showing reluctance in buying the rights of the film, leaving the fate of ‘Kala Kandi’ hanging.

Although his hands are full with decent projects, his dipping careergraph has turned out to be a major concern.

Saif Ali Khan will be seen next in Raja Krishna Menon’s ‘Chef’ first and then Nikkhil Advani’s ‘Baazaar’.
