Vishal has confirmed that he would reunite with director Lingusamy for the sequel to his highly successful Tamil actioner Sandakozhi, which was released in 2005. He took to Twitter to announce the latest developments. He wrote, “Looks like S2 on the way. Details soon. GB. (sic).” He also revealed that Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose music for the second part with Madhie cranking the camera.
The other tweet reads, “Lingusamy. Yuvan Shankar Raja. Madhie. Luv dis combo. S2 gonna be a good one. Well well well. The villain character of S2 gonna be super exciting. Looking forward (sic).” If latest reports are to be believed, it’s being said that Lingusamy has postponed his bilingual project with Telugu actor Allu Arjun for Sandakozhi 2. One may recall that the project was supposed to happen much earlier though — we are happy it’s happening now!
