Suriya and Jyothika paid a surprise visit to the sets of Nivin Pauly’s upcoming Malayalam film Kayamkulam Kochunni, directed by 36 Vayadhinile fame Rosshan Andrrews at Mangalore. KK is a biopic of a gangster named Kochunni who lived in 19th century in Kerala and was known for his good deeds. He used to rob from the rich and give it to the poor.
Suriya and Jyothika spent some valuable time with the unit and appreciated the grand, ethnic sets erected for the film. Speaking about this, director Rosshan Andrrews said, “We were all excited by the surprise visit of Suriya and Jo. My association with Suriya and Jo started earlier and blossomed with 36 Vayadhinile. We share a rapport that stands tall beyond the distance. I was overwhelmed by their presence in my sets. In fact, Suriya was very inquisitive and curious to know about Kayamkulam Kochunni. They are like my family and it was a great gesture of love and friendship.”
