V.K. Prakash’s latest project Marubhoomiyile Aana, which has Biju Menon in the lead role, started rolling from Monday. Samskruthy Shenoy, who shared screenspace with Biju in Anarkali,is the heroine in the film.
Though Asif Ali was touted as one of the heroes in this VKP project, later Krishnasanker, who is noted for his perfomance in Nivin Pauly-starrer Premam, was selected to do that role.
The film produced by David Kachappilly has his son Ajay David Kachappilly as the cinematographer, who earlier cracked the camera for Adi Kappiyare Koottamani.
Sanoosha and Saju Navodaya are also doing prominent roles in the film, written by Romans scribe Y.V. Rajesh. It is for the fourth time Rajesh colloborates with VKP after the laugh riots Gulumaal, Three Kings and the Mammootty starrer Silence.
