Shooting is on in full swing and it is slated to wrap up by January 2017.

Director Teja is soon coming up with a Rana Daggubati-Kajal Agarwal starrer, which is reportedly set against a political backdrop. The shooting of the film titled Nene Raju Nene Mantri, as announced on Saturday, has begun in Hyderabad at a brisk pace. Catherine Tresa too plays an important role in the film.
Rana is now concentrating on this film as he is almost done with the shooting for Baahubali. Reportedly, he has allotted bulk dates for this film and is working with him for the first time. It is after a long time that Teja is working on a movie with big stars, and the director is in need of a big break. “This film may release before Baahubali, as the director wants to complete shooting by January end,” says a source from the unit.
