Popular actor J.D. Chakravarthy is all set to tie the knot. The actor, who made his debut with Ram Gopal Varma’s Siva in 1989, has finally agreed to get hitched, for his mother’s sake, says a source.
The source adds that the girl is from a Delhi-based business family and the marriage will be held in the coming months.
The actor had been mentored by RGV since his debut and had acted in most of his films. He was also introduced in Bollywood with the critically acclaimed film Satya, with Urmila Matondkar as the female lead.
JD has also directed a few Hindi and Telugu films, and is popular in the South Industry. “JD loves his mother and has great respect for her. He finally agreed as his mother wanted to see him settled,” says the source.
When contact, JD says, “I have never said that I was against marriage, but I feel that it needs responsible and maturity. I feel that I got both this year and thus I am going to marry,” he says.
