Not Aishwarya Lekshmi, Tamannaah Bhatia to star in Kalyan Ram's next

Tamannaah is all set to romance Nandamuri Kalyan Ram in director Jayendra Panchapakesan’s next film, which was launched a while ago. In fact, the shooting of the film has also begun. Initially, the makers roped in Aishwarya Lekshmi to play the female protagonist, but she has been replaced with Tamannaah.

“It’s a completely performance-oriented role and needs an experienced actress, thus they roped in Tamannaah,” says an official from the unit, adding that she would join the sets next week.

Produced by Mahesh Koneru and Kiran Kumar, the film’s script is quite interesting and has been jointly written by the director, Jayendra, and Subha of Thani Oruvan and Rangam fame.
