Customer gets slapped by CCD staff for filming cockroaches in fridge
A man’s recent visit to a popular coffee franchise outlet in Jaipur ended up being a bitter experience for him after he was slapped by a female staff member for video recording cockroaches in their fridge. A video of the incident was later uploaded on social media which sent shockwaves across the internet.

The video shows several cockroaches running inside the refrigerator counter before a lady server gives the customer, Arpan Verma, a tight slap. Verma’s friend, Nikhil Anand Singh, went on to tweet about the incident and bring the matter to the notice of CCD’s management and Consumer Rights Forum.
CCD then released the following statement on the issue:
