Bengaluru: A man was allegedly assaulted by a group after he questioned the poor quality of construction work being taken up under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act project in Kurubarakunte in Devanahalli police station limits on Sunday morning.
The complainant, identified as Bayyappa Ramananjenaya, an agriculturist, has accused Ramesh and Narasimha Murthy of assaulting him. Police said that the incident reportedly took place around 10 am, when Ramananjenaya went to Kurubarakunte to take stock of the construction work project.
