Whenever the government conducts a fire safety inspection, it should ensure that a check and counter- check system is in place. A short circuit is a common but major problem. It occurs when there is an excess power load and can be controlled using stabalisers. The other reason could be dangerously loose wires, which are found almost everywhere. People should stop connecting these wires because when there is a power fluctuation, you could have a spark flying from the point of connection and landing on inflammable material that could set off a fire. These are simple precautions, but are completely ignored.
