Hyderabad: Three persons, including two women, had a miraculous escape when the car in which they were travelling caught fire on the Hyderabad-Vijaya-wada highway at Suryapet on Saturday morning.
Passersby rushed to their rescue and alerted the fire brigade, which doused the fire. The vehicle is registered in the name of Ravinder Goud Sanjeeva, a resident of Hyderabad.
On Saturday morning, Manoj was driving the car while two women were sitting in the rear.
They were on their way to Ongole in AP. When the car reached Tirumalagiri, it caught fire. Manoj noticed this and parked the car on the road side to allow passengers to get off.
