Rajinikanth's friend hits out at Subramanian Swamy for criticising star
Chennai: ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth’s long-term friend and well-wisher Raja Bahadur lashed out at BJP MP Subramanian Swamy for his scathing remarks on the veteran actor.
Bahudur who visited the Temple City on Sunday vented out his anger against the BJP leader for his unsavoury remarks alleging that the actor is “illiterate” and that “it will be better if he did not enter into politics.”
“Subramanian Swamy has no locus standi to talk about Rajinikanth. How many times did he meet Rajini. He (‘superstar’) is two fold intelligent and literate than Subramanian Swamy,” friend Raja Bahadur thundered.
“I know about Rajni with whom I have moved closely for the last 47 years. What does Subramanian Swamy know about Rajini?” Bahadur asked.
This Bengaluru based friend of the actor who had acted in a Kannada film, had earlier said that Rajini would certainly make his political debut.
