Ravindra Jadeja slammed as he once again posts hookah picture on social media

Mumbai: Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja recently uploaded a picture of him chilling while smoking hookah, and captioned the picture, “Bachpan kaali raaton mein or jawani kaale kaamo mein. #allblack #farmhouse #kiwimint #RajputBoy (sic).”

Little did the cricketer know that the picture will land him in a controversy.

While many praised Jadeja for his swag, many others slammed him for posting the picture.

One netizen commented, “First that tweet, now this. Jaddu you’re a role model to youngsters. Plz don’t promote such things on the name of swag and style. Be a little more sensible (sic).”

Another user wrote, “Bhai u r national celebrity. ....apna nahi Desh ka toh lihaaj karo (sic).”

One fan even felt that such pictures could end his career.

One of the comments also read, "Captain Kohli is watching sir Ji..Sir jadega ka khali Jadeja Na reh jaaye."

"Abhi yoyo fail hoga to beedi peene ko bhi Paisa nhi milega," wrote another Instagram user while one user said, "Bhai plz remove this photo. U r my favourite player. BCCI will remove u from team for such photo. plz remove it."

However, this is not the first time when the Indian all-rounder had posted such a picture. In September this year, Jadeja had taken to his Instagram handle, to post a similar photo and wrote, "Had a really great "Night Out" last night, according to my police report.#rajputboy."
