Shah Rukh did the same as Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni hammered England in the second ODI in Cuttack on Thursday. The duo, who joined hands when India 3 down for 25, slammed 150 and 134 runs respectively as India amassed 381 runs against Eoin Morgan-led unit.

The two, who are given the responsibility to take care of India’s middle-order, turned back the clock in style as they feasted on England’s bowling attack.
Shah Rukh, overjoyed by Yuvraj and Dhoni’s scintillating batting, took to Twitter to heap praise on the duo. Shah Rukh said:
Commentator Ravi Shastri read out Shah Rukh’s tweet as it popped up during the live telecast of the match. Shastri also translated the last half of Shah Rukh’s tweet for fellow commentator Nasser Hussain. Sanjay Manjrekar, the other man behind the mic, though seemed to have an urge to mimic Shah Rukh and he went ahead with it.
While Shah Rukh appreciated Manjrekar’s attempt, he also sent a small clip making the former Indian cricketer realise how his tweet should have been read a la Shah Rukh Khan would.
Manjrekar was quick to praise SRK’s version and termed his attempt as the “club standard performance”.
