Samsung Note 8 peeks at the world before unveiling
With the Galaxy Note 8’s launch date arriving closer, pre-launch leaks of the same have started raining on the web. SlashLeaks has given out photos of a Galaxy Note 8 test device that confirms all the previous leaks.
The Note 8 is seen sporting a big Infinity Display, which is comparatively bigger than the Galaxy S8. The photo shows the handset with the Always-On Display, which is a standard affair on all Samsung flagship and mid-range smartphones. The edges of the screen have subtle curves to either side, just like last year’s Note 7.
To the back, you can see the dual rear camera sensor, which will be the latest addition to Samsung’s smartphone lineup. The glass rear panel also has subtle curves which should make using this phablet a breeze. The S Pen though looks to be the same as the one on the Note 7, though there could be under-the-hood improvements.
The Note 8 is supposed a slightly bigger iteration of the Galaxy S8+ with a Snapdragon 835 chipset along with 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The flagship smartphone is supposed to be second Samsung phone to sport a Bixby button.
