Vivo's next smartphones look like iPhone
Chinese smartphone brand Vivo is about to announce two new high-end smartphones in November, and leaked images show that the two phones look like iPhones. The first company to announce a 6GB RAM smartphone earlier, is now scheduled for the launch of X9 and X9 Plus, which is slated for an announcement on November 17.
Softpedia reports that the two phone’s rendered images have leaked out and they look pretty similar to the Apple iPhone 6 series. The phones are scheduled to be launched in China, but don’t seem likely to be released in other countries citing issues of infringing on patents.
The rendered images were spotted on Weibo, the Chinese microblogging website, and some of the specifications are also leaked out. The phones are rumoured to pack in 20MPcameras with an 8MP front camera and will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor with 4GB or 6GB of RAM. Storage would be 64GB and the connectivity would be USB Type-C with a fingerprint sensor under the home button.
