Chess: Confused Minds

Kochi: Execution of irregular openings without clear understanding of the game may lead to wayward situations. The ensuing labyrinth in which one gets entangled may not have an exit. Improper analysis and casual training may further instill false hopes in the playing minds. The confusing state of mind does not allow players to have a clear vision of the situations that can erupt later.

Gata Kamsky had been a prodigy who promised much. After a long layoff he is on a comeback mode. In the analysed game his experiment with an irregular opening lands him in trouble.
