- Stay as active as possible and get plenty of regular physical activity.
- Try bring both aerobic and strength training exercises into your daily routine.
- Cut calories by at least 200 per day.
- Try focus on eating nutritious foods, which include bananas, whole grains, blueberries, soy, salmon, yogurt and dark leafy greens.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Cut down or limit your alcohol and salt intake.
- Try maintaining a positive, healthy attitude.
