‘Starving only increases fat’
I never eat after eight in the night and always prefer bajra and nachni ki roti instead of chapatis on my dinner plate. I always make sure to have breakfast without fail.
Now this is very important as we break our fast after almost six to seven hours of sleep. I try and avoid heavy meals but don’t diet at all as eating less means adding more fats to your body. That way, dieting is technically wrong. So my tip would be not to allow your body to starve ever.
Ideally, I like to strike a fine balance between my gym workouts and freehand physical exercises. See, it is always good to eat healthy at short intervals and exercise daily to keep fit and fine.
My future aim is to start meditation and include it as a compulsory ingredient on my regular fitness regime. For it offers peace to both mind and body.
