Symbols of other parties stronger than Aam Aadmi Party’s broom, says Ganesha

‘Broom itself gets sullied by the very dirt it attempts to clean’

Mumbai: A Cinnamon broom is used to remove negativity from a house or office, according to the tenets of Feng Shui. Now, the relatively newly formed Aam Aadmi Party, whose election symbol is the broom, is pursuing a similar agenda of cleansing India of the omnipresent corruption.

If given a clear-cut victory in the Lok Sabha elections, the party has promised to clean the dirt of corruption, but Ganesha observes that the symbols of other parties are stronger than the broom, and may even crush the broom.

Besides, by the practical laws, the broom itself gets sullied by the very dirt it attempts to clean, and over time, it keeps losing its sticks and gets thinner and thinner.

This symbolism when extended to the AAP might also indicate that not all the strong pillars of the party will remain intact in the future. This election is going to be an important acid-test for them. However, considering all the factors, it seems that the broom symbol is not likely to create the desired impact on the voters across the country in Elections 2014.
