Chennai: Looks like southern actresses who headed to Bollywood are craving meaty roles that also include the oomph factor. It was Ileana who turned a few heads with her bikini avatar in her last outing recently, followed by a bold photo shoot. Actress Tamannah, who is back in the race in Kollywood with Ajith’s Veeram, was always seen essaying homely characters here, right from her debut vehicle.
She will next be seen in the sequel of Arya-Rajesh’s blockbuster flick, Boss Engira Baskaran. The slender beauty who is all set to add yet another hit to her kitty with the much expected
film will join the crew from September.
Meanwhile, it was heard on the grapevine that the Ayan star would don a bikini in her upcoming B-Town flick Humshakals, starring Saif Ali Khan. Rumours were also rife that the director of the movie, Sajid Khan, with whom the actress was allegedly going out, asked her to sport a bikini and the latter agreed readily.
However, the ravishing beauty quashed it as baseless news. “Every now and then there comes news regarding me wearing a bikini. The truth is, I clearly mention in the agreement that I won’t be donning it or engaging in a liplock under any circumstances — be it Kollywood, Tollywood or Bollywood. In fact, this demand has played spoilsport in getting some offers,” confirms the dazzling diva. Tamannah also has a Telugu project and a bilingual too.
